NYCC ’25: Fanhome’s STAR TREK: PRODIGY and STAR TREK: LOWER DECKS models arrive

1 day ago 4

Fanhome, the leading producer of subscription-based collectibles, has released four additions to its popular line of die-cast Starfleet vessels, The Official Star Trek Starships Collection, available for purchase at New York Comic Con 2025. In addition to the four ships available for purchase at Fanhome’s NYCC booth, the die-cast model company is also hosting Star Trek: Prodigy creators Dan Hageman and Kevin Hageman (who we recently interviewed) and actors Brett Gray, who voiced Dal R’El, and Bonnie Gordon, who voiced the U.S.S. Protostar.

Filling the void left after Eaglemoss went into administration in 2022, Fanhome took over the production of the Star Trek die-cast model ships with the 2024 launch of The Official Star Trek Starships Collection. In September 2024, the company first announced that it would be releasing the first 20 ships in its collection over the course of two years, with the final ship debuting in Spring 2026.

The previously released ships in the Star Trek collection include the U.S.S. Titan-A, U.S.S. Enterprise-F, U.S.S. Enterprise-G, S.S. Eleos XII, and the Shrike, all as seen in Star Trek: Picard season 3; the U.S.S. Stargazer and the U.S.S. Excelsior, as seen in Picard season 2; the U.S.S. Faragut and the U.S.S. Archer, as seen in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 1; the U.S.S. Titan, as seen in Star Trek: Lower Decks, and the U.S.S. Dauntless, as seen in Star Trek: Prodigy season 1.

Some of the next round of die-cast model ship releases will be available at this year’s convention (as opposed to the website’s usual subscription model). They will be available to buy exclusively at the Fanhome booth (#1301) at NYCC, which will take place October 9-12, 2025, at the Javits Convention Center.

“The latest Fanhome Star Trek starships are constructed with a combination of die-cast metal and high-quality ABS resin,” reads the official PR. “The models each measure between 9 and 12 inches and are based on the original visual effects models that were used to produce the shows. Each ship also comes with a 16-page magazine that profiles its history and role in the Star Trek universe and explores the design process with exclusive art and insightful interviews with the production team.”
