The 37th annual Harvey Awards were presented at New York Comic Con 2025 on Friday, October 10, recognizing creators and comics in eight categories and inducting six legends into the Harvey Kurtzman Hall of Fame.
This year’s living Hall of Fame inductees are ElfQuest creators Wendy and Richard Pini; Mutts creator Patrick McDonnell; and celebrated writer and artist John Byrne. This year’s posthumous inductees are award-winning writer Peter David and Barbara Shermund, the latter being one of the first women cartoonists to work for The New Yorker.
