Tarzan v1 #114, 1959 - Dan-El and Captain Inongi reach King Molithi's kingdom, persuading him to use his elephants to save the rest of his army. Russ Manning splendidly draws both the Brothers of the Spear back up tale and an unrelated text story. His layouts change to fit the needs of the story. Note the large panel (see interior page below) used to show a majestic vista. The lead Tarzan feature is drawn by Jesse Marsh. Painted cover by George Wilson.
