5. Eclipso
Eclipso isn’t just a villain. He’s the embodiment of divine wrath gone rogue. Once the Spirit of God’s vengeance, Eclipso now spreads corruption wherever he goes. He wields vast magical power, can possess others, and once took on the entire Justice League. If Eclipso shows up, things are about to go very wrong.
6. Enchantress
June Moone becomes the Enchantress when her mystical alter ego takes over, and that’s usually a bad thing. Enchantress is unstable, immensely powerful, and capable of warping reality in horrifying ways. She’s been both a hero and a villain, but you never quite know what version of her you’re going to get.
7. The Phantom Stranger
The Phantom Stranger walks the line between the mortal world and the divine. His origins are deliberately vague (was he Judas? An angel? Something else?), but his power is unquestionable. He knows things others don’t, intervenes when the cosmos demands it, and is feared by even the most powerful beings in the DCU.
