BULLPEN BULLETINS RETURNS (1982)

It was no secret that Jim Shooter wanted to undo the “damage” of the 1970s by restoring Marvel to the way it looked in the Stan Lee days.  Bringing back Bullpen Bulletins was one of his better efforts. It happened in the books dated January 1982.
