DC Studios has unveiled the first official image of Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor in his screen-accurate purple and green warsuit for the upcoming feature film "Man of Tomorrow," the sequel to 2025's "Superman." The reveal was shared by writer-director and DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn via social media, accompanied by the caption, "Fit check. Live from the set of 'Man of Tomorrow,'" offering fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse at one of the DC Universe's most iconic character transformations coming to the big screen.

The image confirms the live-action debut of Luthor's signature armored exosuit, a staple of DC Comics mythology that has long represented the character's escalation from intellectual adversary to physically formidable combatant. The design closely reflects its comic book counterpart, underscoring DC Studios' continued effort to translate key elements of the source material into the evolving cinematic universe while maintaining a grounded, modernized visual language for its characters.

"Man of Tomorrow" stars David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult stepping back into their respective roles as Clark Kent/Superman and Lex Luthor.
