In a follow-up to my article about the firing of demonic ghoul, Gretchen Felker-Martin, after posting heinous remarks about the Charlie Kirk assassination, he provided an interview to The Comic Journal about his cancellation. For context, this is the post that got him fired.
Instead of reflecting on his words, or looking in a mirror and thinking that he may have gone too far, he doubled down instead.
*All pronoun corrections are mine
“At 10:30 p.m. ET, Felker-Martin said she [sic] received a phone call from DC Editor in Chief Marie Javins, who told her [sic]: “The story of the issue’s release had gone from being celebratory to something that DC and Warner Brothers couldn’t stand behind or defend.” When Felker-Martin asked why this was the case, she [sic] says that Javins replied, “That any kind of promotion of violence or harm is unacceptable to them.”
“I said that I’ve listened to Charlie Kirk being an overt Nazi for years of my life, and I had no regrets for what I said about him,” Felker-Martin said.
These are the people we are dealing with, that D.C. Comics thought were worth hiring in the first place. In that same interview, when asked if he would ever return to D.C. Comics, he said:
“I have no desire to be part of any organization that wants to pretend that people like Charlie Kirk are decent human beings who deserve respect,” she [sic] said.”
Other demonic ghouls are coming to his aid, such as Roxane Gay, who wrote “Bad Feminist” and has worked for Marvel Comics in the past. Gay said on the virtual insane asylum Bluesky:
“It’s an absolute shame that DC fired Gretchen Felker- Martin for exercising free speech. … Every writer here should be decrying this because we have to stand up for each other! This is ridiculous.”

Right. It’s ridiculous to fire someone who celebrates another person’s public murder. This is why the left are losing the culture war. And believe me, they are losing. The Young Turks Cenk Uygur, of all people, said it best when he posted in response to the martyrdom of Charlie Kirk that resorting to violence is intellectual surrender.
They know they can’t win the argument, so they choose violence. People are tired of their ever-changing values when it fits their narrative. Now someone like Roxane Gray believes in free speech? Now cancel culture is bad? Hope she has deleted her post during covid because I’m sure there are skeletons in that closet. Didn’t they say back then that it’s not cancel culture but consequence culture too? Again, ever- changing values when it fits the narrative.
So ask yourself again, why would Marvel and D.C. hire these people in the first place?
Because they agree with them.
Here’s the creep who hired “Gretchen.” Surprise, it’s another trans weirdo. Son of Hollywood actor John Turturro, unfortunately. “Jesus” from The Big Lebowski. Now calls himself Ariana Turturro.
He, who would like to be called “she” now works as an editor at DC, and… https://t.co/5AOHU5wzLT pic.twitter.com/0VoyjczY35

Many of their creators have crossed the line in the past, except this time, there was blood on the streets and this was finally something D.C. could not defend. But do not forget that the person who hired this satanic, demonic, mentally-ill individual is still at D.C. just waiting for this to blow over to do it all over again.
