Secret Invasion is an 8-issue miniseries with an additional “requiem” issue. It has about a half-dozen associated miniseries and ties into many of Marvel’s monthlies. Before issue #1 of the series was published there were strange skrull references in a wide variety of books ranging from the continuity-heavy Avengers titles to books like Black Panther that have relatively independent storylines. But apparently, more was needed. So here’s a digital-only prologue where Dum-Dum Dugan finds out that Contessa de Fontaine is a skrull after she stabs him.
