The last issues of this book were part of the bigger “Utopia” story, so I’m going to forgive myself for missing that X-Men mutant Bling was captured by Emplate and taken to a pocket dimension.
In these issues, Rogue goes to Emplate’s dimension to rescue her.
While that’s going on, Gambit is mad that Cyclops won’t send more X-Men to help. While he’s mad at Cyclops, he briefly takes on his Horseman of the Apocalypse identity.
ScreenshotThat’s not good. I say that’s not good because I haven’t liked any of the Apocalypse storylines, and now it looks like another one is coming.
Eventually, Beast’s X-Club and some X-Force team members figure out how to save Bling. Emplate appears to die in the end.
