DC Studios Returning to Macon, GA for Daily Planet Filming in "Man of Tomorrow"

Posted on June 05, 2026 by Neil Cole
Macon, GA is once again set to play a role in the world of Superman as production on DC Studios' upcoming feature "Man of Tomorrow" prepares to film scenes in the city. According to reports, crews will return to the historic Terminal Station, the landmark venue that was previously used for interior shots of the Daily Planet newspaper offices in 2025's "Superman", helping bring the iconic newsroom to life on screen.
The return to Terminal Station underscores the production team's confidence in the location's distinctive architecture and cinematic appeal. Its grand interior proved to be a fitting stand-in for the legendary newspaper where Clark Kent, Lois Lane, and other Daily Planet staff members work, making it one of the most recognizable real-world locations associated with the new era of Superman films.
Beyond its connection to the Man of Steel, the project highlights Georgia's continued prominence as a hub for film and television production. The arrival of cast and crew is expected to generate economic benefits for local businesses, including hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and other service industries throughout Macon-Bibb County and the surrounding area.
Scheduled for release on July 9th, 2027, "Man of Tomorrow" continues the story established in Superman and represents another major chapter in DC Studios' expanding cinematic universe. As cameras prepare to roll once again at Terminal Station, Macon will have the opportunity to reprise its role as the home of one of the most famous newsrooms in comic book history.
