Eclipse Monthly v1 #3, 1983 - In the third installment of Cap'n Quick and a Foozle, Marshall Rogers' art continues to innovate and entertain. The last three pages are particularly good due to the seemingly elastic panel shapes.
Steve Ditko's Static makes his 3rd appearance as well. Some pages have too many panels with too much dialogue. Still, the artist compensates with his eclectic drawing style and visual effects. Other artists in this copper age comic include Gene Colan.
