Goofy Comics #24

Goofy Comics v1 #24, 1948 - Andy the Antelope wants to be a lion, but changes his mind when he encounters a real one. Danny the Sheep convinces the flock to run away but soon regrets it. Both text stories have single Frank Frazetta illustrations. Of the two, "The Bold Little Antelope" has the bigger and bolder image as seen on the interior page below. Exceptional in drawing and design, Frazetta's artwork is his largest illustration for a text story. Other artists in this golden age comic include Jack Bradbury, Al Hubbard, Vince Fago and Ken Hultgren. This is 5 of 16 Goofy Comics issues by Frazetta.
